Return Policy
DirectSolutions4U Returns Policy:
Refunds: DirectSolutions4U does not issue credit for shipping fees related to the original shipment or return shipment of any merchandise. DirectSolutions4U will exchange or refund the purchase price of any standard size filters purchased from our site under the following conditions -
- Complete the “Return Shipment Form” and send a copy along with your shipment.
- Filters must be new, unused and undamaged when they arrive back at DirectSolutions4U.
- All filters must be returned in their original, undamaged cartons.
- DirectSolutions4U highly recommends returns via UPS or FedEx Ground as they have free insurance for up to $100. Be sure to keep your tracking number from the return shipment so we may confirm receipt.
- All orders returned to DirectSolutions4U due to incorrect information (i.e. incorrect name, city, zip code, etc) will incur an additional charge to cover the inadvertent delivery.
Returning a Shipment: Filters that are delivered correctly and in good condition are the responsibility of the recipient. It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure returns are received by DirectSolutions4U in good condition. If we receive a damaged return shipment, we will notify the customer and instruct them to contact their carrier to file a damage claim for credit of the shipment.
Custom Filters: Since Custom Filters are made to your exact specifications, they cannot be returned for an exchange or refund.
Filters Damaged as a Result of Shipping: If you receive a damaged filter shipment, contact us via phone or email within 15 days receipt of the order to file a claim (for orders shipped outside of the contiguous United States please see our shipping policy). We will contact the carrier to issue a damage claim ticket and provide you instructions to leave the package for pick-up by the carrier. We will then reissue the portion of the order that was damaged.
Please allow 10 business days from the time we receive your items back in order to process the return. Filters, not freight, will be credited back to your card of record.
“Return Shipment Form” – a return shipment form is located on the back side of your original packing slip. You can also fill out and print a return shipment form online.
