DirectSolutions4U Shipping Policy:
Shipping within the 48 contiguous States: Shipping and handling charges will be added to your order. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS (our option). Shipping prices are applicable to the 48 contiguous states only. Please call (do not email) to change ship-to information on an order that you have just placed.
Shipping Internationally: International orders shipped outside the U.S. and Canada will be shipped via USPS. APO boxes (military mail), Canadian orders, Hawaii, Alaska, and all U.S. territories will be shipped via USPS. These orders will incur additional freight charges that will be added to the order and charged to the Customer's credit card of record. Shipping cost on orders outside of the contiguous Unites States will not be shown at the time of checkout. International orders are only guaranteed to the point of shipment therefore damages, product defects, or other situations are the responsibility of the Customer. $50 minimum purchase on orders shipped outside of North America.
Shipping to Canada: Canadian orders will incur an additional freight charge that will be added to the order and charged to the Customer's credit card of record. Canadian orders are normally shipped via Airmail Parcel Post (USPS). Customer is responsible for all duties, taxes (including Government Sales Tax), brokerage fees, and disbursement fees. Please check with the proper governmental agency for an estimate of these fees. If a package is refused, please be advised that we cannot refund the original shipping charge nor the cost to bring the shipment back to DirectSolutions4U. All Canadian orders will be shipped together once a week in order to reduce the cost of shipping.
Shipping Times: Unless otherwise noted on our web site, all orders are shipped (i.e. leave our facility) within 24 hours of order placement. Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. CST will be shipped the next business day. Normal transit time via UPS Ground or USPS is 3 to 5 days within the contiguous United States.
Due to the volume of packages being shipped, UPS makes scheduled pick-ups at 9:00 am, 12:00 pm, 3:00 pm, and 5:00 pm. As a result, an order that you recently placed may already have been shipped if there is any delay between the time the order is placed and the time that you call in to request any changes. Orders that have already been shipped are the responsibility of the Customer to return the merchandise for credit.
Shipping Changes: DirectSolutions4U is not responsible for any lost package that is incorrectly addressed due to customer error. We generate our shipping labels from the information the customer provides, so if you enter an incorrect or incomplete address (incorrect zip code, missing apartment/suite/office number/name etc.) and your package is lost, DirectSolutions4U is not responsible.
If you enter your address incorrectly on the website, and need it re-routed by UPS to the correct address, you will be charged an additional $10.00 per carton fee to cover costs. If you contact DirectSolutions4U by phone after your order has been placed regarding an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will make every effort to correct your information prior to your package being shipped. However, once your package has been processed and shipped, we cannot make any modification to your shipment.
